Offical topics:
An official topic is a topic about a general subject, which mostly would be applied in the General Discussion forum. But can be applied in all forums. Example: The Official Pets topic, all discusion about pets would go there.
You must ask permition from a Moderator or an Administrator before you post an official topic.
You also need to post in your post or topic title, Approved by (Moderator's name here). Otherwise other Moderators will get confused.
